You can request the deletion of your WIKION account and all associated personal data at any time.
How to delete your data
- Send an email to support@wikion.pro with subject: Data Deletion Request
- Include the email address associated with your WIKION account
- We will delete your account and all data within 7 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (email, name)
- All learning progress and test results
- Any preferences or settings
