Câu hỏi & bài mẫu Band 9
Have you ever cooked?
Oh, definitely — I cook pretty much every day, so it's just part of my routine now. I'm not exactly a chef or anything, but I can throw together a decent meal without setting off the smoke alarm, which I count as a win.
Who taught you how to cook?
It was mostly my mum, actually. I used to hover around the kitchen while she was cooking, and she'd get me to chop vegetables or stir the pot, so I sort of picked it up bit by bit rather than being formally taught. The rest I've learned from trial and error and, honestly, a fair few YouTube videos.
How often do you cook at home?
Most days, to be honest — probably five or six times a week. During the week I keep it simple because I'm short on time, but at the weekend I like to slow down and make something a bit more elaborate, like a proper roast or a curry from scratch.
What is your favorite food?
I'd have to say a good bowl of noodle soup — there's something incredibly comforting about it, especially on a cold, rainy day. I love how the broth is so rich and savoury, and no two bowls ever taste quite the same, which keeps it interesting.
What kind of food did you like when you were young?
As a kid I was completely obsessed with anything sweet — chocolate, ice cream, you name it. I was also a bit of a fussy eater and would flat-out refuse to touch vegetables, which drove my parents mad. Looking back, my taste buds have definitely matured a lot since then.
